OMS welcomes two new team members

OMS is very pleased to welcome two new members to our growing team. Erin Clucas has recently joined the sales team as Sales and Office Co-ordinator. A recent graduate from Durham University, Erin has gained customer service, organisation and data management skills from previous jobs at leading supermarket, Tesco, and children’s activity centre, Barracudas. Paul Eagle, Sales Director, said, ‘We’re delighted Erin has come on board. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and customer service skills are a perfect fit for us. She has already hit the ground running and taken over handling quoting, invoicing and despatching our popular HiLo tools.’

Dominic Britton-Ramsey joins the operations team as our newest Project Engineer. Dominic is a mechanical engineering graduate with wide-ranging skills in manufacturing, CAD and product development. His experience includes field service engineering work at leading vertical access providers, Alimak Group, and product development. Jake Barber, Operations Manager, said, ‘We’re delighted to welcome Dominic to the team. His engineering, product development and customer service skills will help us continue to deliver challenging projects to the very best of our customers’ expectations.’
