Laser Bevel Measurement Tool (Bevel 360)
Checking the quality of the pipe bevel will help reduce welding defects. Traditional checks with gauges do not always provide the accuracy required for critical CS and CRA projects.
This led to the development of our Laser Bevel Measurement Tool (Bevel 360) now deployed successfully offshore in the Middle East.
The Bevel 360 scans and provides a go/ no-go indication of the bevel and can be integrated based on our customer’s needs.
The fully-automated system is objective, removing the need for multiple readings to be taken, reducing QA/ QC time ensuring the most efficient process and accurate data.
