OMS installs solar panels

OMS has completed installation of a 36kW solar panel array on the roof of our facilities in Essex, UK, as part of our commitment to a sustainable future. CEO Alex Felce said, 'Business units like ours are a prime location for solar panels as they have large roof areas and typically very little shade. With the reduced cost of solar panels and increase in energy costs compared to 5 years ago, the time to breakeven has reduced significantly. In addition, these panels will provide sustainable, clean energy for our employees who use the company's electric car scheme and charge their vehicle at the office.'
